The Structure and Function of the State Attorney’s office, and Current Issues

Our third forum talk of the fall will take place next Monday, November 8th at Noon via Zoom. The speaker will be our new State’s Attorney for the 8th Judicial Circuit, Brian Kramer. He will be speaking on “The Structure and Function of the State Attorney’s Office, and Current Issues.”

There will be opportunities to ask questions of the speaker.

For the rest of the fall we will be having our forums virtually, via Zoom. We hope to be able to schedule the Spring forums in person (with lunch).

Our previous talk by Supervisor of Elections Kim Barton spoke on the new Florida elections laws. Her talk is now available online at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bk2VKIalfaU. They will have impacts on future elections, including the one coming up in Gainesville on November 16th. Check it out.
